Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ClayWhispers. If you receive a defective product, please review our updated return and refund policy below.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

ClayWhispers only accepts returns for defective or damaged products.

✅ A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It arrived defective
  • It was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

❌ A product is not eligible for return if:

  • It is not defective
  • It was damaged due to customer handling (human damage)
  • It shows signs of use or wear
  • It is a Final Sale item
  • It is a custom or personalized order
  • It was purchased during clearance or promotional events

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email us at support@claywhispers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the defect
  • Clear photos of the defective product and packaging

Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the item qualifies as defective and guide you through the next steps.

If a return shipping label is required, we will email the label to you. Please print and attach it securely to your package before sending it back. We will also tell you how to send the return to us and which is the best way.

Return Shipping Cost

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, ClayWhispers covers all return shipping costs and will provide a replacement or a refund at no charge.

Since we do not accept returns for non-defective items, customers will not be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the product does not meet our defective criteria.

Reporting Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review the case and take immediate action to replace or refund the item.

Restocking Fees

ClayWhispers does not charge any restocking fees for accepted defective-product returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for non-defective items.

Exchanges are only provided if the product you received is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Orders placed before 5 PM (GMT – London) are handled the same day; after 5 PM, the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard transit time: 5–8 business days.

Total estimated delivery: 6–11 business days (processing + shipping).

Times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders.
