📦 Return Eligibility
1) Product Defects
- Replacement within 3 days (no refunds for replacements).
- Refund requires:
- Email within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Order number & photos as proof.
2) Shipping Damage
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Keep packaging unopened and provide photos.
3) Wrong Items
- Contact us immediately.
- Provide order details & photo evidence.
- We aim to resolve within 24 hours.
